Harry the Hirer is the market leader in the provision of temporary infrastructure to the Event, Exhibition and Corporate sector. We provide equipment and services to some of Australia's largest public and private events such as the Sydney International Boat Show, Spring Racing Carnival, Supercars Australia and Sydney International Tennis.
We are looking for Warehouse Storepersons to work in our warehouse located in Botany. These are fulltime positions and there is potential to build a long term career within a great business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Pick and pack ensuring adherence to timelines
- Operate forklifts (if licenced) to load and unload vehicles
- Maintain Company product
- Onsite work as required – install and dismantle temporary structures, floor coverings, exhibition and other stock
- Operate power tools and hand tools as required
- Assisting other departments as directed
Successful applicants will possess the following:
- Forklift Licence
- A strong safety focus
- Be physically fit
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be energetic, self-motivated, have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Manual Drivers or Truck (MR, HR, HC) Licence, White Card preferred
Harry the Hirer is a 24/7 business, therefore flexibility is necessary in this role and some night and weekend work is to be expected.
Trade skills, forklift licence and industry experience are highly regarded.
