Samin Sheet Metal Pty Ltd. Is proud of its reputation as an innovative designer and manufacturer of sheet metal products. We are an Australian owned company based in Brisbane (Southside) and deal with a broad customer base in the engineering, automotive and scientific fields.
About the role
We require an energetic and experienced Estimator or Sheet Metal Worker to join our engineering team.
Your duties include, but not limited to:
- Process incoming enquiries.
- Fast precise quotations.
- Liaise with customers and workshop personnel.
- Customer follow up.
- Engineering office duties as requested
The job will be challenging with an interesting variety of product, offering an opportunity to join a motivated manufacturing team with a dedication to offering excellent service to industry.
On-site Training and support will be available to the successful candidate who has the appropriate background and the aptitude for the varied scope of projects in which we become involved.
Skills and experience
The following criteria is recommended:
- Computer literate with intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Previous knowledge with ECi M1 would be an advantage.
- Have previously worked in a manufacturing environment.
- Efficient time management and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
