Bunzl Australasia is a growing and successful international group providing consolidated outsourcing solutions across a wide variety of markets such as healthcare, hospitality, cleaning and retail. An exciting and stimulating opportunity exists within our Bunzl Outsourcing Services Mackay Branch for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will need to ensure that all stock received and dispatched is accurately inspected and in a conforming and acceptable condition. Ensure all warehouse staff are aware of relevant safety procedures and that continuous reinforcement occurs, whilst maintaining company service levels both internally and externally.

Key objectives will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Ensure that you and your team deliver customer service excellence at all times.
• Ensure correct unloading and placement in the store. Inspect incoming goods to ensure they are conforming and correspond with the pre-receiving report before unloading from truck.
• Motivate the team to ensure efficient and effective service to our customers.
• Ensure goods inwards dockets are processed, stamped and passed on to the relevant department for costing in a timely manner.
• Update and maintain bin locations.
• Ensure correct paperwork is raised for all goods coming into store (ie. returns). Ensure all goods leaving Warehouse are accompanied by correct paperwork.

You'll possess excellent time management skills and be a motivated self-starter with the drive to achieve. You will be confident and effective with communication and have the ability to deal with customers, staff and management at all levels. Intermediate MS Office skills (Word & Excel) required. RF scanning knowledge required.
