We are looking to engage a Procurement Governance Manager to develop and maintain procurement policy, process and tools in alignment with the strategic direction of the Procurement Leadership Team.
Reporting to the Portfolio Category Manager in this role you will:

• Ensure Procurement Policy is maintained and supported by appropriate content on company intranet and stakeholder education sessions as required.
• Deliver regular reporting and analysis of compliance with Procurement policy and escalate any potential issues or risks.
• Lead continuous improvement across procurement processes and tools that exploit internal and external sources to optimise outcomes for Caltex.
• Act as the key procurement liaison contact with the Finance Transformation Project to ensure optimisation of resources and alignment between the teams.
• Provide expert advice on issues relating to all aspects of end to end procurement; category supplier management, category spend strategy, sourcing activity, negotiation approaches, contract management and supplier relationship management.

To be successful, you hold a relevant Tertiary Qualification, good commercial acumen and a developed knowledge of Procurement fundamentals and governance practice. You demonstrate excellent commercial, negotiation and analytical capability, and are able to communicate key information effectively across a broad group of stakeholders. Your proven ability to utilise process and structure to enable business to make effective decisions has been key to your commercial achievement.
