MC Truck Driver Position Available

Your core role would be: Driving rigid & dog trailer tankers, B Double tanker combinations (MC) collecting waste oil from various locations around W.A, Perth Metro area, Mine sites and Country areas.
Duties:
- Complete pre-start checks and daily maintenance including faults & maintenance defect documentation;
- Drive the loaded vehicle to various destinations whilst observing State road rules and the WREN OIL's Occupational Safety & Health Policy;
- Drive defensively and handle hazardous road conditions;
- Make sure waste oil is loaded / unloaded safely with NO overflows and hatches and cam lock caps are secured shut at all times whilst in transit.
- Couple and uncouple trailers;
- Perform pre and mid-trip vehicle and security inspections;
- Carry out vehicle maintenance, such as checking brakes, oil, tyres and electrical systems, and changing tyres;
- Drive vehicles to their destination and load and or unload;
- Carry out administrative duties, such as controlled waste tracking form, oil collection receipts, delivery dockets, con notes, recording damage, collecting payments and issuing receipts;
- Maintain a fatigue logbook with details of trips, including rest breaks on long trips;
- Maintaining a clean oil free working environment on tanker and keeping cab clean and tidy
- Comply with Controlled Waste Regulations
The successful candidate must be fit, reliable and present well with a polite and friendly attitude towards customers. Conform to all OHS Policies and procedures and adhere to fatigue management. Must be willing to work flexible hours which will include weekend work.
Applicant must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test, Commercial Drivers medical and hold a current MC licence
