About the Role
Requires a Production Planning Manager to managing and coordination of production schedules in accordance with product delivery times, management of inventory stock levels and orders.
Duties
- Coordinate the manufacture of Rubicon products in a manner that meets the size, volume and timelines specified in orders placed by the Manufacturing Manager
- Manage all production orders and receipts through the Rubicon SAP system
- Provide regular reports to the team on production status and capacities for each area
- Develop and manage inventory control systems that allow good production flow and reduced lead times
- Manage the use of SAP within your team, expanding on the functions SAP provides to help streamline processes
- Manage a to keep an accurate track of inventory on the production line
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience within a manufacturing and/or similar planning environment
- A sound knowledge of the requirements of ISO9001 and extensive experience in working in accordance with Quality Control systems
- Experience with SAP and MRP or similar
- Knowledge of inventory systems / lean manufacturing an advantage
