My client is a leading commercial high level building cleaning, facade maintenance company.

If you enjoy organising, talking and managing people, then this role is perfect for you!

As a great organiser you will be:

• Scheduling field technicians to Windows and Façade jobs based on availability and skill/access method and building suitability.
• Working closely with the Operations Manager, Site Supervisors and staff to ensure all stages of client service delivery is achieved to high standard.
• Managing client relationships and keeping the team updates/informed of jobs
• Coordinating daily, weekly and monthly schedule with input from Operations Supervisors in advance and manage any changes made to schedule.
• Arranging third party permits where required and arrange building maintenance unit (BMU) inductions for our technicians.
• Managing reports from SimPRO.

Do you have:

• Experience scheduling and coordinating staff?
• Excellent relationship building skills with client and internal staff?
• Excellent planning and organisational skills and ability to manage change?
• Excellent communication and networking skills and experience working with clients, key stakeholders, technicians and staff in a similar environment ?
