HOBAN are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals. Our current position is for labourers which are required for picking boxes for destruction and put aways. In the warehouse there is a ground floor, level 1, 2 and 3. On each level there is a bottom shelf and top shelf with boxes on them. The boxes go 3 boxes deep and 4 high. Each 12 boxes is a picking location.
You will be required to work on Levels 1-3, where you will get a picking list, go to the location and will pick what boxes are required from that location. Some picking lists may require you to pull out all boxes from that location to pick the back box or two, and then will need to restack all other boxes back in that location.
This is a very physical role and can be frustrating as the boxes aren't always in their location.
- Monday to Friday position
- 8am - 4pm
- Short and long term roles available
- High attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 20kilos repetitively
- Must not be afraid of heights as it is mezzanine flooring
- Must not have any dust allergic or breathing difficulty
- $25.28 per hour
- Must be willing to undergo a police check
