THE ROLE
Entering a progressive growth and development phase in our journey, we currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced Leasing Services Manager to join our well-appointed Bella Vista office
Reporting to our General Manager Products and Sales, this varied and hands on role will see you managing the full life cycle of corporate leasing products from quoting and settlements through to in-life and end-of-life management
Duties will include:
- Leading and developing the Leasing Services team, setting and monitoring KPIs and driving performance
- Ensuring profitability and volume targets are achieved
- Monitoring quoting, purchasing and settlements processes
- Providing in-life quoting for lease variations and early terminations
- Management of end of lease vehicles, including return and sale
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support the growth and retention of the vehicle finance portfolio
- Inspiring and guiding staff members towards optimal individual and team performance
- Ensuring all tasks and duties are effectively distributed and successfully completed in line with KPIs
- Delivering ongoing training and mentoring to staff ensuring the team is always well covered to meet business needs
- Identifying and effectively implementing business improvement initiatives
- Maintaining work instructions and compliance records
WHAT YOU NEED
To be considered you will ideally demonstrate:
- Minimum 10years’ experience within Fleet management, leasing or related industries
- Proven team leadership experience within genuine commitment to engaging, motivating and developing staff to achieve optimum individual and team results
- Current working knowledge of new /used car and commercial / equipment markets
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships
- Results driven with proven ability to meet targets and objectives
- Strategic thinking capacity and sound analytical and numerical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivery of service excellence
- Well-developed computer literacy skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
