Fluid Line Services provides expert hydraulic and lubrication system engineering, manufacturing, site services, and parts to the mining, exploration and transport sectors in the fields of hydraulics and lubrication systems. With office and workshop facilities in Perth and Kalgoorlie, Fluid Line's team of technicians and engineers offer sales, servicing and technical advice throughout Western Australia, and to many interstate and overseas based customers.
Fluid Line Services are distributors of leading hydraulic brands and are authorised distributors for Parker Hannifin in Western Australia.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the team as a Store Person. This is a Full Time role that will require the successful candidate to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) in our Forrestfield facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Products & Logistics Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day warehousing and despatch of stock
- Providing efficient storage and warehousing practices
- Assisting with stock take
- Regularly liaising with, and maintaining strong relationships with the Internal Sales Team to ensure efficient movement of goods to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Compliance with Fluid Line Services Policies and Procedures
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and work efficiently in a busy and demanding work environment. You must also possess:
- Solid experience in a warehouse operations role within a small to medium size organisation.
- Experience with Hydraulic products would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in freight operations including intrastate, interstate and overseas shipping.
- You must have a Nationally recognised Forklift License.
