ProMinent Fluid Controls in Australia has been operating since 1976 and is focused on the manufacture, supply, installation and service of Chemical Dosing and Water Treatment Systems, Progressive Cavity Pumps, Hose/Tube Pumps and associated equipment.
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Clerk to further enhance our Belrose Head Office operational efficiencies on Sydney’s northern beaches.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the purpose behind the role is to support the continued growth of the business by maximizing the effectiveness of Prominent Australia’s procurement strategy and procedures.
As part of this platform an overview for the functions includes the following:
- Processing of Purchase Orders including documentation for overseas shipments.
- Follow up and co-ordinate deliveries of Purchase Orders.
- Communicate delivery information with other sections of our business.
- Working with our ERP platform (SAP Business 1). If you are familiar with SAP B1 or a similar ERP platform that will assist you in quickly adopting our procedures.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate ability with purchasing functions and a willingness to work within a close team environment.
Previous exposure to electronics or Water/Pool equipment procurement and supply will be a bonus but not a prerequisite.
