One of our clients are looking for a Service/Office Manager for a permanent role. They are one of the leaders in the manufacturing and installation of windows and doors.

This role encompasses a high level of interaction directly with the customer as well as working with other departments.

Key Duties:

• Manage the day to day operations of the service department
• Respond to inquiries from the internal departments
• Schedule, book jobs and allocate service technicians
• raise purchase requisitions and orders for service jobs
• Update and manage service database
• Undertake or organise site inspections
• monitor and achieve financial and performance goals
• follow through customer issues
• Ensure on-going quality improvements are fed back into assembly site through service feedback and weekly audits are undertaken by the depatment
• Report out KPI's Weekly and Monthly

The possible candidate:

• Be organised with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Have excellent communication and time management skils
• Be "TASKS" focused and goal oriented with the desire to provide customers, internal or external, with exceptional service
• Be a stickler for detail and take pride in your work
• Be enthusiastic and highly motivated with a deire to achieve
• Ability to problem solve
• Work well in a team environment and able to build and maintain relationships
• Be able to work - 6am - 3pm
