An opportunity exists for a motivated Shift Leader to join the Warehouse at our Tuan site on a full-time basis. This role will involve leading a small enthusiastic team to ensure despatch and warehousing activities are delivered and achieved in a timely, attentive and collaborative approach whilst aiming to deliver excellence in service to their customers.

Key outcomes

• Achieve quality outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and management of risk.
• Maximise the site’s ability to achieve delivery to customer in accordance with sales, planning and production schedules in accordance with company values and governing legislation;
• Provide leadership and supervision to employees and contractors.
• Encourage a culture of positivity, continual improvement and sustainability.
• Participation in warehouse audits and stocktakes as per schedule.
• Manage the reduction in aged and excess inventory by pro-actively using the inventory system, addressing missing packs appropriately and resolving issues.

The successful person will have the following

• Current driver and forklift licence is required for this position.
• Recent demonstrated experience within a manufacturing/ warehousing leadership position.
• Ability to work rotating and/or fixed shifts of day, afternoon/ and/or night work and some weekends.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Proven ability to coach, manage, and mentor teams to ensure they are providing effective and efficient support to customers.
