Grow with us as a driven and reliable individual who we can train as a Production Operator at our Kellogg Botany Plant.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your role, you will be part of our success by;

Operating our processing and packing machinery whilst maintaining our high safety and quality standards.


WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Our plant is a 7 day 24 hour operation and we are looking for day and night shift operators.

Day Shift- 12 hour shift from 7am-7pm with a set day shift roster, working a 2 days on 2 days off pattern.

Night Shift - 12 hour shift from 7pm-7am with a set night shift roster, working a 4 on 4 off pattern.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as proven success in a similar role and a hunger to learn, you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

  • Machine operator experience in FMCG industry, preferably in food production- essential.
  • Demonstrated initiative and team work skills with a strong focus on safety and food quality.
  • A current forklift license.
  • Effective communication, numeracy, and literacy skills.
  • Fault finding and trouble shooting skills.
  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts
  • Full permanent working rights in Australia  

Preferred:

  • An understanding of HACCAP, GMP and food safety
