Job description:
Reporting to the Logistics Superintendent, we currently have an opportunity for a Warehouse & Despatch Supervisor. This opportunity will provide leadership and direction to the ATM Warehouse Despatch team ensuring the efficient day to day running of the warehouse whilst maintaining a productive ‘safety first’ working environment.
Operating across a complex road, rail and sea environment, the position will oversee and coordinate the movements of products from the warehouse and assist in transport planning cycles. The training and development of all staff will be key to your success, as is your ability to provide critical safety leadership and ensuring all Warehousing and Despatch processes and practices are adhered to. Working across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, the position will see you identify process improvement opportunities, ensure all warehouses and assets are maintained and secured together with ensuring the maintenance of accurate documentation and records for purchasing, production, storage and Despatch.

Your flexible approach, ability to problem solve and partner closely with your team of professionals is also critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required as is your ability to engage, collaborate challenge and think creatively. Proficiency in MS Office products is also essential, and some experience gained in freight and warehousing will be viewed favourably.
