NES Global Talent is working closely with our client and is seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Maintenance Planner for their facility south of Perth in Western Australia.

This role is a permanent ongoing position, where the suitable person will have a team of Maintenance Planners working with them to ensure that all asset management of the plant is optimized.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure and Lead a Culture of Safety across all maintenance practices.

Manage a team of Planners, ensuring plant optimization is reached through planning processes, failure analysis, condition monitoring.

Working closely with senior management on short, medium and long term maintenance plans.

Experience Required

Trade qualification.

10 yrs experience in mining, chemical or heavy industry

3 yrs experience in a senior or lead role.

SAP or JD Edwards experience is a must.
