Our Glass Manufacturing client in the Toongabbie area requires Production Workers for their day shift team. The successful applicant will need to have an excellent work ethic, reliability and want to be a long term, valuable team member.
Working hours are Monday - Thursday / 6am - 2:30pm & Friday / 6am - 12:10pm. Your hourly rate is dependent upon experience but you can expect between $22.40 p/hr - $24.28 p/hr.
Key Duties include (but not limited to):-
• Glass Handling
• Operating machinery
• Quality control
• Working in a manufacturing environment
• General work station cleaning duties
• Some heavy lifting may be required
• Working autonomously and as part of a team
Skills & Experience:-
• Previous experience working as a production worker or machine operator
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• A very strong safety focus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to provide a current resume with two recent contactable work references from a similar role
• Able to pass a medical (including drug and alcohol testing)
• Capable of performing sometimes heavy, repetitious manual tasks
