Randstad are looking for experienced counter balance and high reach forklift drivers to start immediately. We are partnered with our client who is a large recycling plant with locations in Smithfield and else where.
Our client runs a 24 hour operation with day, afternoon and night shift available. Ideally you would be available for at least two of the shifts; however we can accommodate shifts preferred by you.
What you will need:
- Current LF forklift ticket
- At least six months counter balance experience and high reach
- Preferably your own transport as you may be working irregular shifts
- Resilient attitude as this is a recycling plant
- Ability to work in a team
- Availability to work up to 12 hour shifts at a time
About the role:
- 24 hour rotating roster
- Day shift starting 6am, afternoon shift starting 2pm, night shift starting 10pm
- There could also be other nominated start time therefore flexibility is required
- Recycling / waste environment so you must be used to working in such an environment
- Required to move recycled products around the yard, loading on to trucks, unloading trucks
