About the business and the role
Windows on the World take pride in manufacturing exceptional handcrafted steel windows and doors for both residential & commercial projects in Melbourne/Sydney. We are a family run business going through a large growth phase and require an experienced general hand in our Mornington fabrication facility
Job tasks and responsibilities
- delivery of quality product to and from our factory to Painters/Powder Coaters and building sites
- Fitting of handles, locks, hinges etc. to metal frames.
- Pick up/receipting materials from suppliers
Skills and experience
The role requires the successful applicant to have the following attributes:
- Experience using power tools
- Forklift License (preferred, but can be trained)
- Current Drivers License
- Able to lift heavy items
- Work well as a team
- Other duties as required
- Must be reliable, hardworking and flexible
- be able to provide two working references
Note must have right to work in Australia.
