We are Kalari. We are a leading provider of large-scale complex logistics and mining solutions to Australia's major resource companies. With over 30 years' experience, we are Australia's most innovative and prominent specialist bulk logistics provider to the mining and resources sector.
We are looking for experienced MC Drivers to join the Kalari team, based in our Port Augusta depot. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, BHP Olympic Dam this role will transport goods from Roxby Downs (Olympic Dam) and our depot.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Expert operation and care of Kalari's vehicles and equipment
- Operating in a safe and compliant manner
- Completing all documentation, and pre- and post-start checks
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:
- A current MC drivers license
- Previous B-Double experience
- Good mechanical aptitude
- A positive attitude towards the transport industry
- National Police clearance and a driver's license history check from within the last 6 months
- Flexibility to work a varied roster
It is preferable, but not essential that you have:
- Previous road train experience

You will have the ability to pass all pre-employment checks; which may include a medical assessment, National Police clearance check, driving license history check, reference checks, identity check, verification of tickets, licenses, accreditations and qualifications.
This position is based in Port Augusta. Drive In/Drive Out options are available. Accommodation can be supplied. You will be required to work a roster pattern of 7 days on / 3 days off / 7 days on / 4 days off, with a 4-day weekend every 3 weeks. These will be a combination of day and night shifts, so you will need to be flexible and able to work a varied roster.
