Are you looking to start your career or change from your current career entirely? Airnorth, the leading airline in Northern Australia, operates over 300 scheduled services weekly as well as numerous charters.  We are currently seeking dynamic, mature, motivated, responsible, safety conscious and customer service focused people to join our E120 & E170 Fleets as a Cabin Crew Team Member.

A sneak peek…

The Seminar will provide you with an overview of the intensive Ground School, the functions of a Cabin Attendant and the positions requirements.  Group interviews will conducted on the day, from here, successful candidates will be asked to stay back and progress to the next stage of a one on one interview.  

On the day you must... bring with you copies of your current CV, Passport, First Aid Certificate, RSA certificate, Drivers Licence and a head & shoulder photograph.

Ideal people will have the following minimum requirements:

  1. In possession of, or willing to obtain at your own cost, a valid Passport with 12 months validity. (Must be presented on day of seminar).
  2. Be able to hold and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
  3. Have the right to work in Australia (Documents in support must be presented on day of Seminar).
  4. Have a tertiary qualification (or similar) or work experience in a customer service related position with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a face-to-face customer service role.
  5. Be at least 18 years of age.
  6. Possess a nationally accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  7. Hold a valid Senior First Aid Certificate (with current CPR) with a minimum of 12 months validity.
  8. Be able to fulfil the physical requirements of the role including the ability to work at varying altitudes within a confined pressurized environment.
  9. Be available to attend an unpaid two week Ground School from 20th August 2018 - 31st August 2018. 
  10. Possess a current Drivers Licence.

  6. Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to strict grooming standards.
