DRIVERS WANTED
Auscold is a South Australian family owned, controlled temperature logistic and transport company, employing over 100 staff servicing small to medium South Australian food produces. About the Role
Auscold Logistics are seeking friendly, polite and experienced drivers with a professional image to join the business. At Auscold Logistics our drivers are seen to be the face of the business therefore a customer service mindset is considered a priority in this role. Successful applicants who hold a MC Licence will become part of our Linehaul Transport Team and will be required to complete a varying number of trips from Adelaide to Melbourne per fortnight.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
- Experience in refrigerated transport
- Present neat and tidy and possess good customer service skills
- National and local geographical knowledge
- A minimum of 2 years, on-road driving experience
- Availability to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays
- A current and unrestricted MC licence
- Proficiency in all aspects of transport operations
- Strong organisational skills and team values
- Current national police clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
- Basic Fatigue Management (BFM)
- Basic administrative skills
- Prepared to undertake medical, drug and alcohol testing
- Comply with standard operating procedures and WHS requirements
- Ability to drive a manual prime mover – Desirable
