Reporting to the Branch Manager you will coordinate our teams by providing leadership in ways of production, logistics and safety. You will be joining an agile group and required to lead a small crew and operate reinforcing steel processing machinery. You will ultimately be responsible for KPI’s relating to delivery in full on time to customer, cost control and quality. This is a hands-on role that would be well suited to someone looking to take the next step in their career, enabling you to learn the management of a distribution business from start to finish.

 

As the successful candidate you will demonstrate previous experience supervising small teams in a production environment. The ability to read and interpret processing instructions, computer literacy, a high attention to detail and have the ability to communicate with stakeholders will be essential. A current Forklift or Gantry Crane ticket would be highly regarded but is not a necessity.
