As part of the Supply Chain division, reporting to Supply Chain Manager, the role will be engaged at all levels of the organisation, including the Executive Leadership Team. This is a rare opportunity for an investigative Supply Chain professional who is ready to make an impact.

- Possesses advanced Microsoft Office skills and has strong knowledge of Inventory best practices
- Demonstrates a can-do attitude and continuous improvement mindset
- Has a strong understanding of ERP Systems
You’ll be responsible for:
- Controlling inventory management to ensure inventory and item masterdata integrity.
- Owning and managing the priorities, productivity, effectiveness, data management, and reporting of the inventory control team (2 direct reports).
- Cycle Counting, including execution and facilitation of cycle counts for all ANZ.
- Developing tools to assist with efficiency of cycle count and reconciliation process.
- Managing variances and adjustments - including investigations, root cause analysis and inventory reporting.
- Developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices - including documentation and update of SOPs and work instructions.
- Establishing key performance metrics to drive inventory efficiencies
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ inventory management experience preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry. Individuals with qualifications in APICS CPIM or Inventory qualifications will be highly regarded.
