Barnes Auto Co specialises in ultra-heavy salvage and recovery services and is the largest and oldest dedicated heavy vehicle towing and recovery business in Australia.
We are looking for a person who can work alongside a small team to co-ordinate heavy towing and recovery jobs end-to-end:
- Dispatching trucks using judgement for job allocation;
- Providing a high level of customer service when answering customer calls and service queries;
- Upholding high attention to detail to ensure smooth operations;
- Assisting with other business functions such as Maintenance Co-ordination; and
- Using initiative to find customer focused solutions.
We are looking for some one who is passionate and accurate in their work. Full training will be provided, however you must have a transport background and a working knowledge of heavy vehicles. Strong customer service and sound computer skills are also required and geographical knowledge of the Brisbane region preferred.
