About the Role
The purpose of this role is to plan, prepare and maintain the work schedules of Field Service Technicians operating remotely and achieve Honda’s recall completion KPIs.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Set up on-site service/repair vehicles including sourcing of required tools and equipment
• Daily management and control of the Field Technician’s bookings/work loading
• Ensuring available capacity of the Field Technicians is maximised in relation to on-site airbag inflator replacements and door-to-door visits
• To ensure booked vehicles are repaired in accordance with the ACCC requirements
• monitor and follow up work progress for each Technician to ensure repairs performed within allocated appointment time
• Prepare Field Technician’s operating budget and maintain operating cost within the approved budget
• To control required recall parts stock levels for the Field Technicians mobile service vehicles according to customer booking schedules
• Prepare activity and operational reports of the Field Technicians to track the flow of repairs
• Ensure Field Technician’s key objectives and targets are tracked
• Daily management of direct reports, including recruiting, training, mentoring and adherence to Honda OH&S Policies
• Process warranty claims for Field Technician’s recall work

About you
The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum of 2 years scheduling experience
• Experience in coordinating trades people
• Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Sound knowledge of OH&S processes
• Experience in Microsoft programs
• Advanced excel skills is essential
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Competent written and verbal communications skills
• Logistics/parts knowledge is highly regarded
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly regarded
