This role will be primarily accountable for the logistical planning and execution of the domestic and international function.

Our client is a global 3PL that extends itself across a variety of industries.
Description
The keys responsibilities of this position are but not limited to:
- Daily use of ERP system
- Management of all export/domestic contracts, and documentation
- Execution and inventory processing - Domestic Orders, ticket processing, accrual checking for invoices.
- Ensuring container(s) been loaded on relevant vessels prior to release of master bill of ladings in cooperation with Logistics and Operations departments
- Liaising with international suppliers on shipments dates and keeping accurate records
Profile
To be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years experience in a shipping or logistics coordination role and possesses the following skills and experience:
- Experience within import/export operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience operating an ERP system (cargo-wise preferred)
