Looking for a new opportunity close to home? We are currently looking for people with transport administration and customer service experience to join a well-established company based in Prestons. 


This fast paced working environment is an excellent opportunity for growth, and the ability to be part of a highly reputable company. Our client is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic administrator to assist with the effective production of an array of office based administrative duties on the afternoon shift working 10am - 6pm Mon - Fri. 

  
Key Responsibilities may include:

• Updating customers regarding the status of their deliveries
• Answering and resolving customer queries and issues
• Data entry and processing
• Liaise with internal departments such as the Warehouse and Transport team
• Processing paperwork
• Input data onto Excel spreadsheets

  
  
To be successful you must possess the following:

• Strong customer focus
• Accuracy and high attention to detail
• Experience in the transport industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work well in small but fast paced team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office suites – Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to be proactive
