About the Role
The Supply Chain Coordinator role has become vacant due to an internal move, and reports to the Supply Chain VMI Manager. Your key focus will be providing coordination and administrative support in supply chain analytics, planning, vendor management and allocation across areas including demand planning, inventory management and sales analysis. You will serve as a link between strategic sourcing and the procurement network by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders across several sites.
Your duties will include
- Supply chain analytics and planning
- Create, update and track all information on systems and tracking sheets
- Allocation of indent and first drop orders
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across supply chain
- Troubleshoot concerns with seasonal and basic delivery timelines

To be eligible for this role you will possess
- Experience in supply chain and allocation role
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities with various stakeholders
- Solid written and verbal communication skills through a variety of media channels
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are essential
- A customer service focussed and team player approach
- Experience working with SAP and JDA highly desirable
