We seek the services of an experienced truck driver. You must be experienced, fit and reliable. The role of the truck driver is to manage the daily delivery runs and offsiders to meet our demand.

• The Truck Driver reports directly to the Office on a daily basis.
• Manage daily runs that are pre-booked through the booking calendar. 
• Manage the offsiders to ensure all safe practices for loading and unloading are maintained. 
• Report truck servicing and issues.
• Work in with the needs of Zeel Projects and site supervisors.
• This role is based in Rockingham it starts and finishes there daily.

Time Management and Communications Expectations 

• It is expected that the goal is always to hit the days runs and to work towards doing so safely. It may require at times to do over time to make such demands.
• Communication is a vital tool in our process when delivering jobs.
• It is required that the truck is driven in a safe and professional l manner at all times.
• Time sheets must be filled in daily with correct job names listed to each job. Over seeing this with off siders is part of the role.

Its vital that communication and attention to detail is met at all times, maintaining professional conduct both on the phone, in person and on email is also very important to Zeel as this represents the company.

This role requires a level of self-discipline and management of others to ensure deliveries are done in a timely manner with no wasted time.

Performance Indicators

• Deliveries are performed consistently, and daily runs not missed.
• Offsiders work consistently and safely with no injuries.
