The Role

In this role you will be responsible for managing all inventory and spare parts on a day to day basis. Your duties will include:

  • Collating parts and materials required by technicians for jobs
  • Receiving and storing inbound parts
  • Ordering parts that become low in the system
  • Coordinate regular inventory audits
  • Keep stock in system up to date by logging parts dispatched and goods received
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Liaise with service team regarding orders and parts on back order
  • Spare parts delivery to jobs as required

To be considered for this great role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience coordinating inbound and outbound stock
  • Highly developed organisational skills and is process driven
  • A high degree of accuracy in stocktaking/stock management
  • The ability to keep a busy area clean and tidy
  • Hold a current NSW Drivers License
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid computer skills
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • A current NSW drivers license

At this stage the role is a stand alone position so the successful candidate will ideally be highly trustworthy, enjoy working with a high degree of autonomy and embrace taking ownership of a critical section of this business and making it their own.

After the training period you will be working by yourself for a lot of the time so a disciplined approach to work is highly desirable.
