Toll People are currently looking for experienced Linehaul driver to come and work with Toll on a full time permanent basis. This role involves staying away from home, staying with the truck during rest periods returning weekends on most occasions. You have the potential for home stops during the week.

Driving a brand new Mercedez Benz prime mover towing Hamelex B Double tipper trailers you will be carrying commodities across Victoria and New South Wales with the occasional trip to Queensland. You will be based out of either Wagga Wagga or Griffith site but operations are run from Wagga Wagga.

You will be responsible for

• Conducting deliveries to time slots interstate
• Checking load restraints
• Completing relevant paper work
• Ensuring roadworthiness of vehicle and reporting any faults
• Communicating to customers and the business

To be successful in this role you will have

• 2+ years’ experience driving MC tipper vehicles in a linehaul environment
• Current MC License with max 5 demerits lost
• BFM and grain experience is preferred but not essential
• Use of log books and able to evidence
• Excellent driving history and the ability to undergo computer based inductions
