Boundary Bend Limited (BBL) is searching for an experienced and self-motivated Warehouse Operator to join the team based in Lara (20 minutes from Geelong CBD). This role will be responsible for the receival, despatch and storage of a variety of food products and packaging within a safe and supportive environment.

The Role
The role will be based at BBL’s head office in Lara and report to the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following activities:
- Picking and packing a variety of orders;
- Assembling orders for daily dispatch;
- QA checks on goods received and dispatched;
- Undertake regular stocktakes to maintain appropriate stock levels of all consumables and finished goods;
- Forklift operation for receivals, dispatch and the bottling line as required;
- Be proactive and responsible in Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement;
Skills & Experience
The role will ideally suit someone who has a strong work ethic and is available immediately. The successful candidate will have experience picking and packing a variety of products with a positive attitude and willingness to perform a variety of duties coupled with the following experience and attributes:
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment;
- Current forklift license essential with a minimum of 2 years’ experience;
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines;
- Flexible working hours and occasional overtime may be required;
- A strong commitment to workplace health & safety;
- Physically capable for work duties within a warehouse facility including lifting and stacking orders;
- Basic computer skills;
- Be prepared to undertake training in relation to the tasks you are performing.
