We are currently seeking applications for Dispatch Clerk - Junior. Full time hours, perm role as a Dispatch Administrator (38+ hours per week).  Hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm plus overtime as required by work volumes on the day.

This role will see you operating as part of a team at the Tullamarine site of this International Supply Chain, Customs Consultancy, Logistics and Warehousing solutions provider.  You daily tasks will include, but not be limited to -

• Check in Air and Sea freight consignments
• Documentation management
• Servicing delivery drivers on site at the Gate house
• Cargo release
• Labelling of goods for dispatch
• Import/Export compliance
• Assist the Logistics and Warehouse Manager as required 

To be successful in your application you must be able to clearly demonstrate the following –

• Must hold a current and valid Driver's license
• Excellent PC skills
• Solid communication skills, written and verbal
• Solid literacy and numerical skills
• Geographically knowledgeable will be highly regarded
• Commitment to work overtime as required in line with the business requirments
• High attention to detail
