Join a innovative, progressive company that manufactures quality high end skincare, haircare and pet care products. The successful applicant will be operating, setting up and cleaning manufacturing filling equipment , as well as being responsible for working on all areas in the production line.
Duties include:
- Operating manufacturing equipment
- High speed packing
- Packing finished goods into cartons and onto pallets
- Lifting/ Manual handling
- Cleaning manufacturing equipment
- Completing manufacturing paperwork
- Batching
- General factory duties/house cleaning
Minimum requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a necessity
- An excellent positive and motivated attitude
- Sound numeracy and literacy skills
- The ability to work autonomously within a fast speed manufacturing environment
- Sound OHS knowledge
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- High work ethic and sound work history
- Commitment to quality product and practice
- Physically fit and have manual handling experience (some heavy lifting may be involved)
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a small team without supervision to meet daily production quota's
- Access to own transport or reliable transport to site
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
