ABOUT THE ROLE
If you are an experienced Production Planner looking for the next step in your career, then look no further! We have an exciting new position based in our Port Melbourne Warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, and working very closely with the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be an integral part of the team. In this busy role, you will -
- liaise closely with our Manufacturing Planning team and Australian & NZ Sales teams to set the schedule/ work for our Warehouse.
- Plan schedules for our Printlines based on sales order priority and warehouse efficiencies.
- Identify, review and recommend steps for achieving Warehouse efficiencies.
- work closely with Warehouse Supervisor and Team Leader to plan OT for upcoming peaks periods and projects.
- Liaise with our Australian and NZ sales on a daily basis.
- Act as 2IC to the Warehouse Team Leader.
ABOUT YOU
You will have -
- Minimum 5 years experience in a fast paced Planning and scheduling environment.
- Demonstrated experience in maximising production efficiencies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Experience in working in a deadline oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
- Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
- Completion of a satisfactory drug & alcohol test
- Willing to pitch in as needed – fork lift licence preferred but not essential.
