About This Role
We are currently looking for experienced, casual Packers to join our team. You will be working in a varied and busy role, across different shifts, which includes picking, packing, despatch, minimal forklift operation, goods inwards and ensuring efficient completion of all duties to ensure excellent customer service.
This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to the team and our client service standards whilst ensuring company policies are met. Your key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
- picking and packing stock
- completing paperwork and records
- maintaining a clean and tidy workplace
- adhering to EH & S policies and responsibilities
- working well individually and also as part of a team.
To succeed in this role, the ideal applicant will have:
- a minimum 12 months experience in food manufacturing (picking / packing)
- flexibility to work different shifts (essential)
- good time management skills
- a strong work ethic
- attention to detail
- an ability to work in a fast paced environment
- be self-motivated and a team player who communicates well with people across all levels
- a good understanding of GMP standards
