Customer Service (B2B)
The position is located at our Dandenong South Head Office and Manufacturing site.
We are a manufacturer of plastic raw materials, so experience with B2B Customer Service together with Export documentation is required.
Your responsibilities include direct customer contact for Australia wide orders & deliveries, processing of the orders and arranging shipping of export orders together with building strong customer relationships.
You will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering the highest customer service standard, stable work history, all-round administration and computer skills (Pronto), plus a track record of reliability and integrity. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written are essential. In return you will have the full and enthusiastic support of your colleagues plus a remuneration to reflect your experience.
