Our client, located in Springvale, is currently seeking an experienced team leader for a fulltime permanent role. The successful candidate will be experienced in leading and performance managing a team based on KPI’s. They also need to be able to perform storeman duties and continual manual lifting. Immediate start available!
Key Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):-
- Lead a team with a hands-on, positive and firm approach.
- Managing a team of Storeman(including one on one reviews, performance management.)
- Manual lifting and container unloading
- Reach forklift
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
To be eligible for the role you must have the following skills/experience:-
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of team leading in the Warehousing industry.
- LF license with recent work experience (reach necessary.)
- Reach experience
- Physically fit to be able to endure the manual lifting tasks
- Picking and packing
- Container unloading
- Hands on and well experienced in stock control
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A strong safety focus in a fast paced environment.
- Hold a current Drivers’ Licence and have reliable transport
Applicants must be willing to participate in random drug and alcohol testing if required.
