About this Role
We are looking for suitably experienced Food Manufacturing Machine Operators to join our production team at our Tennyson site. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be working within a small team to ensure our products are made in accordance with company specifications and regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this role, the ideal applicant will demonstrate the following:
- Proven track record as a Machine Operator in food manufacturing or similar industry
- Flexibility to work different shifts (essential)
- Available for an immediate start
- Strong focus on safety, quality and operating principles
- Good time management skills
- Highly organised and motivated
- Great work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated and a team player who communicates well with people across all levels
- Good understanding of GMP standards
