Join our planning team at our QLD processing facility and will work with a team of hard working problem solvers who thrive supporting the operations team to run an efficient and cost effective processing plant. Accountabilities

• Drive for business and commercial improvement across projects and functions of the business
• Work with business leaders and managers across the group to achieve commercial improvements
• Enhance optimisation and analyse maximum capacity utilisation
• Comply with all company policies and standard operating procedures
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects across Planning and Operations.
• Oversee the successful transfer of inventory for both incoming and outgoing stock
• Create the transfer plans ensuring they are in line with customer time frames and balance supply and demand controls
• Communicate any supply shortages and work collaboratively with the Production Planners to determine suitable supply contingencies.
• Partner with the State and National planning teams to ensure smooth planning process across the business
• Implement the continuous improvement initiatives developed by Operations Excellence

Skills required

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with proven ability to write effective reports
• Strong communication including experience in negotiating, networking and presentation
• Experience in translating legal information, to ensure the business in conduct best practice and making commercially sound decisions
• Ability to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach with an aptitude for problem solving
• Good commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate experience in influencing multiple conflicting stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills

Qualifications/Licences

• CPP Certified Practising Planner would be advantageous
• Relevant Degree Business Management, Supply Chain, Economics or similar
