Hamilton Island's Logistics & Warehouse division is seeking an MR licenced truck driver with a High Risk Work licence - Forklift to join our team of Storeperson/Drivers.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the Warehouse and deliveries. You will be responsible for loading, unloading and delivering goods to relevant departments on the island. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor & Manager, you will ensure that safe working practices are adhered to at all times as you assist in the monitoring and checking of inward, outward and current stock and equipment.
About You
- High Risk Work licence (LF Forklift) (Essential)
- Minimum MR Licence (Essential)
- Minimum of 1-2 years previous warehouse experience or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation
- A working understanding of WH&S issues within a warehouse environment
- Previous experience in the Tourism/Hospitality environment an asset
