EROMA is an Australian owned e-commerce company specialising in manufacturing, distribution and sales of fragrances, candles and soap making supplies.
An exciting opportunity has become available for 2 exceptional Warehouse Storeperson to join our Epping warehouse team on a casual basis. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the facility.
This is a hands-on position, you must have experience working in a warehouse.
Key accountabilities of the role:
- Unloading and loading trucks
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, scan, label, ship). This involves lifting boxes up to 23kg and being upright throughout each shift.
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven working experience as a warehouse storeperson
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Inventory Control
- Documentation Skills
- Equipment Maintenance
- Data Entry Skills
- An understanding of WH&S
