The role of Factory Supervisor is suited to a person with a hands on approach that is willing to lead an existing team through change and is passionate about their goals and objectives and wants to make a difference. The position will be located in Melrose Park.
Reporting to the Managing Director the Factory Supervisor will be expected to:
Promote the Nice brand and logos with passion
Ensure customer satisfaction through on time production
Ensure all work carried out is in line with appropriate standards
Design a "lean" approach to manufacturing
Complete analytical reporting on stock and products
Drivers and fork lift licences are essential
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Well organised and ability to adapt and prioritise
- Been in a similar role managing a small team
- Understanding of the complete sales and manufacturing process and how they inter-relate
- Ability to analyze and prepare reports and data on product supply
- Have the ability to travel if required
- Culturally sound with a can do attitude
- Drivers licence and fork lift licences are essential
