Pharmaceutical Manufacturer requiring Warehouse Team Leader, ongoing role located in Loganholme.

Your new company
Hays Logistics are excited to be representing a medium sized and growing Health and Nutrition manufacturer and distributor. This company has seen record growth over the past two years, recently acquiring their second site and is now looking to make an addition to their team.

Your new role
As the new Logistics Team Leader for the site, you will assume responsibility for the management and distribution of Direct-to-Customer sales, including the oversight of the PUD function, warehouse management and processes as well as system and process improvements for the site.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong background and longevity in Logistics / Warehousing roles is essential and exposure to leading a small team will be advantageous. This role will require an autonomous individual with the ability to complete work without direct supervision. A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, along with a Forklift Licence and Manual Driver's Licence are essential. In addition, a strong work ethic and communication skills will see you thrive in this role.

Leading remuneration is on offer to the successful candidate, along with a great work life balance. This role requires a 40 hour working week, with flexibility on start/finish times! (e.g. 8-4/ 9-5).
