Viatek has a strong focus on customer service and quality and is currently seeking an energetic and proactive problem solver, to be part of their growing team.

The Role 

To ensure a quality service delivery, Viatek is currently seeking a Vendor Management Officer to support the end to end purchasing activities for the business. 
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for: 

  • Verifying sales order through internal inventory system
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Managing all interaction with suppliers from raising of Purchase Order through to delivery – including expediting and quality issue management
  • Managing and tracing all PO’s, ensuring the business is up to date on all order statuses
  • Managing invoicing and payment queries
  • Managing renewal process for any recurring license transactions
  • Communicating daily with all areas of the internal business to ensure quality customer service
Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously. You will also be a strong communicator, with great attention to detail and focused on delivering the best service to the business.


You will have 3 years’ experience in an end to end purchasing role, preferably within the IT industry, with a sound understanding of IT terminology and language.
