A leading Office Furniture manufacturer, PCF Australia, has an opportunity for an experienced Assembler to join its production team located in Brendale.
We require a self motivated and reliable assembler with great hand tool skills who can work in various teams with minimal supervision and has a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for the quality of your own work and understand instructions and work from procedures. Punctuality is important.
The teams involve a variety of manufacturing including assembly of cabinetry, steel components and office chairs and so requires flexibility between assembly stations. This is a full time position with a three month probationary period.
This role is ‘hands on’ and candidates need to be physically fit and in good health for manual handling with loading/unloading of containers as required. We engage in random drug and alcohol testing.
If you have a fork lift licence, (desirable but not essential) and/or experience in cabinet making and installation, and have worked in an assembly area before, we welcome you to apply.
