About the role
Anglicare Catering is a multi-million dollar catering facility, providing quality food and related consultancy services to a wide range of clients throughout the food industry.
We are currently looking for an experienced Driver who will ensure that the correct food is delivered to the appropriate destination in quality condition and according to delivery schedules. You will ensure that you follow and maintain the requirements of Food Quality and Food Safety through temperature control, unloading the refrigerated trucks in a safe and hygienic manner and keeping your truck in a clean condition.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:00pm
Key responsibilities:
- Keeping food refrigerated and monitoring holding temperatures between zero Degree Celsius and four Degree Celsius during delivery;
- Ensures food deliveries are completed in a safe and efficient way by loading and unloading the refrigerated trucks;
- Ensures truck is in a clean condition;
- Completes non-driving tasks as required.
Skills, knowledge and experience needed:
- Current MR Licence.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organisation skills.
- Hands on approach.
- An alignment with Anglicare’s Christian values.
