Your new company
Reporting to the General Manager you will be joining a highly reputable company throughout the globe with multi sites in Australia. The company are committed to developing their workforce through challenging training programs and fantastic career opportunities. They are seeking to recruit for 2 temporary Senior Operation Managers based in Brisbane to take on newly created projects. The roles can become permanent for the right candidate.
Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager you will be heavily involved in Project work looking at the Operations of a particular company. You will manage projects from start to finish including customer requirements, budget constraints, performance management, logistics management and ensuring tasks are completed within a certain time frame. You will also be responsible for the Health and Safety aspects of the job.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a high level Operations Management role within an FMCG environment will lead to your success. You will have excellent people management, process management, continuous improvement and performance management skills. Candidates must have a hands approach to management partnered with excellent time management skills.
