Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing demand plans to meet sales and service objectives
- Coordinate/Manage S&OP process & meeting schedules - Issue S&OP decks
- Provide timely and accurate updates throughout the process
- Apply strategic data analysis across all operational areas
- Lead process improvements based on historical business function data
- Liaise with marketing/finance teams to understand demand forecast drivers
- Lead demand review meetings and reviewing sales forecasts
- Manage phase in/out of products during their life cycle
- Run process performance reports relating to purchasing, supply chain, inventory management & warehouse capability
The Ideal Candidate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communication or compensating work experience
- Min. 4 - 5 year experience in an Operational, Finance or Sales role ideally within the Medical Devices sector or similar
- Advanced SAP, COGNOS & Excel skills
- APICs certificate (desirable)
- Complex problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
